Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
Light furniture such as chairs, ottomans, and small tables is included at no additional charge. For large or heavy items such as sectionals, beds, dressers, or entertainment centers, additional fees may apply depending on the scope. We do not move fragile or high-value pieces such as pianos, china cabinets, or antiques. We recommend securing those items before we arrive. If you have questions about a specific piece, just ask when you book.
How long does the process take?
Most standard jobs take between two and four hours depending on the size of the area and the services requested. We will give you a more accurate time estimate when you book.
How long until my floors and upholstery are dry?
Carpet typically dries within two to six hours. Upholstery dries within one to three hours. Tile and grout is dry almost immediately. Opening windows or running fans speeds up the process significantly.
Is your equipment and process safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our cleaning solutions are professional grade and safe for your family and pets once dry. We will let you know when it is safe to walk on treated areas.
What if I have a stubborn stain you cannot remove?
Some stains such as bleach damage, permanent dye, or older set-in stains may not be fully removable. We will always be upfront with you before we begin and will never charge for results we cannot deliver.
